  • Organization name
  • Role / job function
  • Optional message text

We collect this information solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether our services are a fit for your organization.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical data through cookies and similar technologies:

  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and screen resolution
  • Pages visited, scroll depth, and time on page
  • Referring URL

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries — We use form data to follow up on briefing requests, typically within 24 hours.
  • Improve the Site — We use analytics data to understand how visitors interact with our content and optimize the experience.
  • Security — We use technical data to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access to the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure site traffic and engagement. GA4 collects data in an anonymized and aggregated form. IP anonymization is enabled by default in GA4. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We also load Google Fonts (IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono) from Google’s CDN. Google may log your IP address when serving font files. See Google Fonts Privacy for details.

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may set performance and security cookies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

4. Data Retention

Briefing request form data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, typically no longer than 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default), after which it is automatically deleted.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

If you are in the EEA, our legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry, improving the Site) and, where applicable, your consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
